Wow.. It’s not like I think the president has as much responsibility as has been blamed on him. I mean, check out this little tidbit via Instapundit in the New York Times where Governor Blanco of LA said that she had no idea that she had to request military assistance from the federal government.
I think Bush just pulled a Captain Ramius. Pretty neat.
