I love this list. I am a huge Ursula K. Le Guin fan. She actually came to Spokane once, years ago, for a reading. I had her sign one of her short story collections (maybe The Compass Rose?). I was a poor recent college grade &amp; only had paperbacks of her books, but I still have all of them. You&#039;ve cited a classic.

This inspires me to start working on a list of &quot;books I find myself talking about years after reading them.&quot; They&#039;re not life changing necessarily, but for whatever reason they stick with me. It may hang around on the blog ideas list for a while, but whenever I write it, I&#039;ll link back here as my inspiration.
