My hubby used to be a mac fan back in the days before they were macs, but he moved on to ataris and then to pcs after a while. It’s been good for us overall because his career is built on popular computer tech.

This is my first mac, and not my last. I just talked the husband into a 24″ iMac a couple weeks ago… and I love it!

Started waaay before macs, with a IIc. I've yet to convince anyone, including family (except for my sons, and they were raised with Apples)to get a mac. I guess ignorance is bliss. Another point that is often overlooked is when you buy a mac you buy hardware AND software, in one package. Windows has a bazillion configurations and hardware for sale "guaranteed" to work with a hopefully semi-functioning OS. And only then if it hasn't been compromised, or the anti-?? software is up to date, and the patches done, and the drivers updated, and the... ah screw it.
