Palm is the smart-phone of choice among teenie-boppers and such for some reason, but even that's giving way to Blackberry at this point. As for Sprint, I have to disagree with you on coverage. I've used sprint for almost 10 years now, and while it started out being because they were the only one to offer a rate plan that fit my needs (at a reasonable price) I've found in ten years of intensive travel that their network doesn't in fact suck as badly as Verizon would have you believe. My only complaint about Sprint is the crappy limited selection of phones.
