This poor girl. I don’t know what else to say, except that she’s obviously going through a difficult time in her life. Can you imagine what it must be like to be in her shoes? You’re 25 years old, your ex-husband is the scumbag who showed the nation Janet Jackson’s nipple at the superbowl a few years ago and you’ve had two kids and have a slowing pop career. In addition to whatever other problems she might have, but these things alone would be enough for me to rethink my life and question my place in it.
What’s even more sad is that while I’ve never had any respect for this girl as a performer, that has always been because I have never believed that the child had any respect for herself. The destructive behavior started with the skimpy clothes and risque music videos, and it’s just getting worse. The people close to her need to get her some help and get it now. She’s already gone without it for far too long.
